Teksun Tejas MIPI HDMI Module features single-channel MIPI D-PHY receiver front-end configuration with 4 data lanes per channel operating at 1.5 GBPS per data lane and a maximum input bandwidth of 6 GBPS.

Overview

Teksun Tejas MIPI HDMI Module with screen interfacing application decodes MIPI® DSI 18bpp RGB666 and 24bpp RGB888 packets and converts the formatted video data stream to a compatible LVDS output operating at pixel clocks of 25MHz to 154MHz, providing a single-link LVDS with four data lanes per link. The bridge has an HDMI data output with an optional S/PDIF or 2-channel I2S serial audio input for TV use. Its high-fidelity 2-channel I2S can send stereo at a sample rate of up to 192kHz. Stereo LPCM audio or compressed audio, such as Dolby® Digital and DTS®, can be carried via the S/PDIF. The Teksun Tejas MIPI HDMI Module is made in an advanced CMOS technology and comes in a 7.5mm x 7.5mm QFN packaging with a 0.4mm pitch.

One-Channel MIPI® DSI Receiver

It is compliant with D-PHY1.1 and DSI1.02, 1 clock lane and 1~4 configurable data lanes, 80Mb/s~1.5Gb/s per data lane which is swappable and polarity swappable, Internal Rterm calibration w/i less than 5% error, 2-bit programmable equalization along with Non-Burst Mode supported.

It supports HDMI 1.4 standard up to 60Hz 1080p 8-bit HDMI output, 7-bit automatic or manual output swing calibration, 3-bit programmable de-emphasis, Hot-Plug Detect along with No DDC and HDCP support for LT8912B.

One-Channel LVDS Transmitter

Our specified solution supports 1 clock lane and 4 data lanes with maximum 1.0Gb/s per data lane. Apart from this it reduced output swing for low EMI.

Additional Features

It supports scalar function for MIPI to LVDS bridge, Single 1.8V supply power, Temperature range up to −40°C to +85°C along with dimension about 7.5mm x 7.5mm QFN64.
