Teksun Telep Sign Language AI Model runs with Synaptics VS680 EVK, which is powered by Quad-Core Arm® Cortex®-A73 processor with Security Extensions Up to 2.1 GHz for each CPU, delivering up to 40000 DMIP. Synaptics VS680 EVK is equipped with dual camera sensors 8MP + 4MP. This solution uses a TensorFlow-based object detection algorithm to translate hard-of-speaking individuals’ hand signals into letters that others like us can readily understand. Using this algorithm, we can identify any basic signs a user makes and decode them into characters we can understand.
